The service was amazing, most restaurants could take lessons on customer care and services. Dos Arco waitstaff was tables side as you just started to notice you may need. ..... Too bad their food flavors, visual appeal, and price did NOT match the service. The flavor was not apparent, I had to be told be told a piece of chicken was "hot, spicy chicken" My daughter, who loves guacamole, said it had little "taste, but felt like swallowing snot." She didn't eat nearly half of it. We'll not return there.

Not as good as it used to be. Makes me think it's changed owners or managers or something. Daughter ordered nachos that were pathetic. Won't go again. My husband's plate had very small portion, My playa plate was good, but very little rice.
